Hedy Nazarian

Hedy Nazarian is the founder of Within, an organization committed to the education of self-empowerment and tapping into the potential that lies within each of us. Within partners with teachers, authors, spiritual thought leaders, and health and wellness experts around the world to cultivate programming that supports mindful living and aims to inspire personal growth and self-discovery.

Hedy earned a Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude in Communication Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. She was hired by RAND Corporation and UCLA as a researcher in the Communication Studies department. She contributed to various published studies on the evolution of journalism.

Hedy is a Los Angeles native and lives with her husband, Benjamin, and their three children.
