Alexandra Gargiulo
Alexandra Gargiulo is a Los Angeles based artist and author of Preservation of Style. Preservation of Style is an art book about apartment houses constructed during the1920s and 1930s in Los Angeles. Alexandra Gargiulo fell in love with architecture from her summer visits to Napa Valley, CA, where her family’s winery had one of the first dwellings in the area. She grew up with an intrinsic value for the concept of a complex landscape and the production of high-quality tangible effects. While attending law school, Alexandra became a resident at the El Royale, where she felt inspired to create a coffee table book about her love for old buildings.
Alexandra’s interest in law and architecture inspired her to become an investor and developer of multifamily real estate. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dominican University of California, and a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. Alexandra currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her partner Thomas.
