Carissa Brones

Carissa Brones, a native of Los Angeles, pursued her undergraduate studies in Social Sciences and Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Southern California (USC). She then earned a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from USC’s Marshall School of Business. She went on to join multiple quickly growing startups and tech companies, where she excelled in scaling sales teams, expanding marketing, and driving new business development. 

Currently, Carissa serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Brones Real Estate. As a licensed Realtor with a robust background in sales and marketing, she oversees the company’s residential real estate portfolio and new property acquisition. She is enthusiastic about leading the company’s expansion throughout the Los Angeles area. 

In her spare time, Carissa combines her passion for health and wellness by working as a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
