Maxie Bluestein

Maxie is a marketing consultant, start-up advisor, fashion stylist, investor & entrepreneur. She graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Western University with a Bachelor of Arts. Maxie’s focus is working with early stage start-ups to grow their consumer base and scale operations, analyzing strategic direction, customer experience and overall efficiency. She works to create and innovate brand building initiatives and curated partnerships. Her clients are most heavily in the beauty, wellness, fashion, travel and real estate industry. In addition to her endeavours working with start-ups, Maxie manages and invests in commercial, industrial and residential real estate across Canada.

Maxie is also passionate about volunteering. She currently serves as Vice President of the Gary Bluestein Charitable Foundation where she strategically allocates grants to more than 150 hospitals and non-profit organizations. Maxie is a member of the Los Angeles Sheba 2.0 Young Leadership Committee where she raises funds and awareness for Sheba Medical Center in Israel. She is also a member of the UJA Lion’s of Judah. She speaks on panels with organizations like Project Glimmer engaging young women on topics like empowerment and entrepreneurship. In the past, she served as Director of Hope for Relief charity which offers free tutoring services to children of low-income families, and Director of OHM Fashion Show which raises money for the Canadian Cancer Society through a large-scale event engaging hundreds of college students. She is devoted to bringing people together to raise funds and awareness, primarily, but not limited to, causes that involve women’s health and children’s education. Maxie also served as Policy and Standards Board Chair of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity and is an active Alumni member.
