Sapna Abrol

Sapna Abrol is an environmental scientist by training and a small business owner. She received her Master’s degree from UCLA and worked for ten years in consulting, specializing in environmental management systems and sustainable development. She then joined her Dad in the family chemical business and launched Alpha Environmental, a company that supplies raw materials for the personal care, health, and wellness industry.

Sapna is also on the board of Formidable Joy, a non-profit that builds drinking water wells in Malawi, Africa.

She is an avid advocate of a minimal waste and eco-friendly lifestyle, and helps to reduce plastic pollution and single-use plastic in her daily life and in her involvement with many not-for-profit organizations like Heal the Bay and LA Waterkeeper.
