Taylor Franklin
A Los Angeles native, Taylor Franklin is an aspiring Physician Assistant. She pursued her bachelor’s degree in psychology and occupational science at the University of Southern California. During her undergraduate studies, she was involved in research focused on children’s understanding and learning, which she presented her research at the 2021 Undergraduate Research Symposium. The research completed within this scope was later published in PLOS ONE, a peer reviewed scientific journal.
After completing her degree, she furthered her love for patient care while working at the Facial Paralysis Institute, where she was introduced to the operating room environment and surgical medicine. Following her time at the Facial Paralysis Institute, Taylor pursued a new learning experience in the realm of oncology, working at the Bedford Breast Center, a world-class breast cancer screening and treatment facility in Beverly Hills, CA. After gaining extensive hands-on patient care experience, Taylor was accepted into a Physician Assistant program in New York City, where she is now pursuing her studies.
Taylor is deeply committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses both the physical and emotional well-being of her patients. She believes in the importance of community engagement and actively seeks opportunities to educate and empower individuals about their health. Through her dedication to lifelong learning and service, she strives to make a meaningful impact on the lives of her patients and the broader healthcare community.
