Women in Animation

WIA’s grant from Visionary Women will support evaluating and improving our Mentor Circles so they are more accessible to those most marginalized in the animation, visual effects, and gaming industries, including women (cis and trans) and non-binary people with intersecting identities who have been historically excluded from accessing the industry. As an organization dedicated to serving women and other people of underrepresented gender identities, we are thrilled to be working with Visionary Women, who share our vision for a world in which people of all gender identities share fully in the creation, production, and rewards of animation, resulting in richer and more diverse entertainment and media that moves our culture forward.
